- Currency: All prices are stated in Singapore dollars.
- Payment: Payments are processed through Paypal. In general, you will need a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) to pay. However there is no need to have a Paypal account to make payment by credit card. To pay by Credit Card, during the Paypal checkout process, please click on "Don't have a PayPal account? No problem, continue checkout." during the checkout process.
- Shipping:Orders generally ship from Singapore by Singaroe Post registered airmail. Buyers will be given a tracking number and can track their shipments from the Singpost registered article site. Depending on destination, transit times are typically from 7 to 21 business days; refer to Singapore Post website.
- Delivery: Once cleared payment has been received, orders will dispatched within 1-3 Business Days Excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays. You will be responsible for any taxes/duties imposed on the items.
- Orders: Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, you will have the option of either reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling your order.
- Refund/Exchange policy: All goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
